Our apartments are located centrally in the 6th district, only a 10-minute-walk to the underground stop and several bus lines (U4 Pilgramgasse, 13A, 14A). They are situated in a modern building with all amenities (elevator, handicapped accessible, garage, roof-deck), which was pointed out by the Architekturzentrum Wien (National Museum of Architecture of Vienna) because of its interesting architecture.
GAD apartments are fully furnished and equipped – to make you feel right at home: spacious entrance hall with wardrobe and mirror, separate toilet, lavish living/dining room with extensible couch & flatscreen, table with 4 chairs, separate bedroom with double bed and closet, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and big mirror, fully equipped built-in kitchen, glazed loggia accessible from all rooms (facing south).
Our apartments are located only 3 underground stops away from “Stephansplatz“, the heart of Vienna. The “Naschmarkt” with its unique selection of fancy eating places and oriental flair is located within walking distance. In this hip area, you can find a lot of small art galleries, cafés and boutiques.
Numerous other touristic attractions like the Vienna State Opera, theatres (“Theater an der Wien“, “Raimundtheater”), the Museums of History of Art and of History of Nature, the Museumsquartier, the “Haus des Meeres” (aquarium) are also within easy reach by foot as well as by car, city bike or public transport.
Viennas biggest shopping street, the “Mariahilfer Strasse”, is located just a few blocks away from the apartment and Schönbrunn Palace & Gardens can be reached within 15 minutes.
How to reach us:
We are 15 minutes away from the railway station “Westbahnhof” and 30 minutes away from Vienna International Airport by public transport. Should you plan to arrive by car, you can choose to rent a parking lot at our private garage, situated on the ground floor.
